Dr. Kaufmann Sulfur Zinc Oxide Soap

First, let me tell you what Sulfur is. Is it good or bad?

Sulfur is a chemical that used in matches, insecticides, and fungicides. It is also used in many skincare products and medicines including glutathione. Medications for conditions such as dandruff, psoriasis, tinea versicolor, rosacea, acne, and warts all have this ingredient. Is it good for our skin? Well honestly, Yes! It is. There are many surprising ways that can sulfur do, not just for our skin but also for our health.

Lately, Dr. Kaufmann Sulfur Soap has been a hit for everyone and since I've seen many good reviews I bought one 1 week ago thinking that it might also help me cure my ugly face 😭. It is said that this soap will help relieve common skin problems while keeping your skin healthy but it is not said its good for sensitive skin.

It is indeed cheap and you won't really notice it and just pass by when you see the simple box if you don't know what can it do to you 😂😂

First day of use (night) it's quite uncomfortable because my skin became dry (well that's the effect of using the soap). I followed the directions written in the box.

Second day morning, I saw the redness around where my pimples are (and it's really annoying!! 😑). I didn't stop using because I'm still hoping for a change for the next days but when the third day came and it's still like that... (oh I forgot to tell you I got this rashes (maybe) and this little bumps on my face when I used that soap!) I knew I need to stop using it because it irritates my skin more and more ang gets worse throughout the day. In short, I have sensitive skin and sulfur is bad for my skin :(. For now, I'm back with Belo's acne care soap (I'll write a review soon! 💕💕).

Note: If you use product like this, be sure you put your moisturizer afterwards because sulfur will make your skin dry and it will remove oils (and it's not good), so better If you use moisturizer after.
